Design the loyalty and rewards program that meets your business’s needs. With the Payments Hub Loyalty program, you can set the number of points needed to earn a reward, add a minimum spend amount needed to earn a point, use a percentage or dollar amount for the reward, and more. Rewards can also be applied to Payments Hub Invoices and Virtual Terminal transactions.
Once your Loyalty program is activated, customers automatically begin earning points for their transactions and rewards and point totals will be displayed on receipts. Customers must have an email address on file in order to receive their reward notification, but they are not required to sign up for the loyalty program. If you set a minimum spend amount, customers will earn points for transactions that meet or exceed the minimum spend amount.
Create a custom message for your rewards email. When customers earn a reward, they will receive an email that contains a unique code they will use to redeem their reward.
